Super Coders" award ceremonyjeudi, août 31, 2023
The ceremony to award certificates to the 120 beneficiaries of the Découverte des Métiers du Numérique programme took place from 10 to 25 August 23 at the Orange Digital Centre, in partnership with the Centre de Promotion Sociale de Lingwala and the Ministry of Social Affairs and National Solidarity.
The ceremony was led by Mr Serge KAOZI, B2B Director, representing Mr Ben Cheick Haidara, Managing Director of Orange DRC, Mrs Bernadette MPANZU BUKU, Provincial Minister of Social Affairs, accompanied by Mr Hiller KALUME, Secretary General of Social Affairs. The visit was followed by a tour of the facilities led by Mr Marc Tshibasu, head of the ODC.
The aim of this programme is to reach out to people in difficulty by offering training to unemployed young people and those who have dropped out of school.
Orange Digital Center supports young people from all walks of life in the DRC through activities aimed at making digital technology accessible to all and reducing the digital divide in our country through digital technologies.
