On September 27, 2023, a remarkable event unfolded at the Ministerial Complex in Monrovia. It was a Job Fair orchestrated by the Orange Digital Center (ODC) in collaboration with GIZ, drawing a vibrant assembly of over 300 job seekers, primarily consisting of young graduates. The atmosphere was charged with enthusiasm as these individuals, who had undergone comprehensive training at the ODC’s Congo Town facility, eagerly participated in the fair. This training initiative, supported by Orange Digital Center and GIZ, equipped them with essential soft skills and technical expertise, elevating their competitiveness in the job market.
The Job Fair served as the apex of this extensive training endeavor, designed to streamline the path of these trainees toward gainful employment.
