Corporate Social Responsibility
Through our Kgotla Animations initiative, Orange Botswana aims to expand Orange's customer base and market share. With the introduction of Kgotla Animations, it has a claim of mass appeal. It provides a great opportunity for new customers and retention of existing customers (SIM replacement).
To keep our brand in forefront of people's minds, we leave footprints in these areas by donating food hampers to those in need. We routinely celebrate with community members to show our appreciation for their brand loyalty and support through food festivals at the kgotla.
A total of 26 kgotla animations were deployed in the 28 connected villages thus far.
