The Orange Digital Center (ODC) and Botho University successfully hosted a major Employability Fair, bringing together over 200 students and graduates with potential employers. The event provided a comprehensive range of career development resources, including mentorship sessions, CV workshops where over 60 CVs were reviewed, and on-site interviews from over 30 companies across various sectors. Government agencies also participated, showcasing their commitment to youth employment. This innovative partnership reflects ODC and Botho's dedication to empowering communities and fostering digital innovation in the region.
The Mentor's Lounge emerged as a true highlight of the fair. Industry leaders generously volunteered their time and expertise, offering invaluable guidance that will undoubtedly shape the participants' professional journeys.
