Orange Engage for Change, an initiative launched at Orange in Africa and the Middle East, embodies the DNA of our Brand and our collective.

Our goal Unite our forces to create a better world. Every year, Orange Engage for Change offers a unique opportunity to all our employees by granting them three days per year to directly contribute to projects with a strong societal impact.

How does it work ? On this interactive platform, we actively encourage our employees to participate in social and environmental initiatives that have a tangible and positive impact in our communities. Whether through local projects, partnerships, or eco-responsible actions, each contribution matters.
