Our commitment

Orange  Engage for Change, an initiative launched at Orange in Africa and the Middle East, embodies the DNA of our brand and our collective.

Our goal : Unite  our forces to create a better world. Every year, Orange Engage for Change offers a unique opportunity to all our employees by granting them  three days per year to directly contribute to projects with a strong  societal impact.

How does it work? On  this interactive platform, we actively encourage our employees to participate in social and environmental initiatives that have a tangible  and positive impact in our communities. Whether through local projects,  partnerships, or eco-responsible actions, each contribution matters.
